Cancellation Policy — Mushroom Massages

Cancellation policy.

Mushroom Massages understands many professions require staff to be on an on-call basis. We are willing to find a compromise with these individuals with proper communication early on to avoid excessive cancellation charge

Repeated cancellations may result in pre-payment for services before appointment can be made.

48 Hour Notice

Mushroom Massages requires a minimum of a 48 hour notice if wishing to cancel. This can be in the form of text, email, call, or through the site here. No charge will be applied with this notice.

24 Hour Notice

If an appointment is cancelled before the 24 hour mark but after the 48 hour mark, a 30% charge will be applied. Less than 24 hour notice will result in a 50% charge.

12 Hour Notice

Any appointment cancelled after the 12 hour mark will be charged 75% of the appointment fee up until 1 hour before the appointment.

1 Hour Notice or No-Show

Excessively late cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service. Clients with proof of last minute emergency will still be charged but can re-schedule and have payment applied to the re-scheduled service.
